No! All levels are welcome. For complete beginners, in-person coaching is recommended for proper technique foundation. Online coaching works well for those with some training experience.
We address the mindset barriers that previous programs missed. Rather than relying on willpower alone, we focus on habit formation and customize the approach to your unique circumstances, challenges, and lifestyle.
Program Structure
Energy and mood improvements typically show within 2 weeks. Physical changes become noticeable around 4-8 weeks. However, our focus is on sustainable, lifelong results rather than quick fixes that don't last.
Expect 2-4 training sessions (30-60 minutes each), 1 mindset session (30-60 minutes), 1 check-in call (15-20 minutes), plus a few minutes daily for tracking. The exact commitment depends on your chosen package.
Life happens! We develop strategies for getting back on track without guilt or shame. Progress, not perfection, is what we're after. Missed sessions can often be rescheduled based on availability.
Practical Details
You'll need internet access, a smartphone for video calls and filming workouts, basic fitness equipment (either at home or at a gym), and a quiet space for mindset sessions. Specific equipment needs are discussed during consultation.
Payment is monthly for the 3-month program. A small discount is available for those who prefer to pay for all 3 months upfront. Training sessions can be purchased monthly or in bulk packages for additional savings.
Absolutely! Many clients continue beyond 3 months or transition to a maintenance program. We'll discuss long-term options that make sense for your goals and situation.
